Microsoft introduced Dynamics CRM Online Professional in 2013 priced at $65/user/month. The 2014 release of CRM Online Professional brings additional functionality to the package in the form of Microsoft Social Listening – at no additional cost (please note that a minimum of ten users is required to get Social Listening for free).
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Professional including Microsoft Social Listening: $65/user/month*
(a minimum of ten users is a requirement to get Microsoft Social Listening)
For on-premises Microsoft Dynamics CRM customers there’s an incremental fee of $20/user/month for Microsoft Social Listening.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Enterprise is a brand new SKU introduced with the 2014 spring release. The package comprises Dynamics CRM Online Professional, Dynamics Marketing, Parature and Microsoft Social Listening.

Microsoft Dynamics Marketing (Stand-Alone) Pricing
Microsoft has announced that Dynamics Marketing will be available as a stand-alone solution for $125/user/month*. This option does not include Dynamics CRM licensing, Microsoft Social Listening or Parature.
