Currently implementing Dynamics CRM for a medical supply distributor to onboard their customers better and improve collaboration across teams. To manage SOP and POP transactions, which facilitate and provide visibility across the distribution flow, FMT is integrating the new CRM system with the distributors’ existing Dynamics GP system. Dynamics CRM will enable pricing, customer care, and accounts to better communicate and track changes. The distributors’ subsidiaries will also use CRM to manage their sales processes.
