Training & Events

Our Customer Care training classes are held and are taught by our experienced consulting staff. Classes are FREE for clients enrolled in a Customer Care Unlimited Support Plan and $49 per person per class for those not enrolled in a plan. FMT also offers custom training covering a variety of Microsoft solutions and technology topics. Clients can select the topics that best suit their needs and schedule tailored training sessions for their team. Customized training can be held at your office or in our training facility.
