Unlimited Support Plans

  • Silver – $299 per month
  • Silver Plus – $449 per month
  • Gold – $399 per month
  • Gold Plus – $549 per month
  • Platinum – Based on Services Provided

Silver

FMT shall provide unlimited Support Services, including delivery to Client of a solution to the Support Incident but excluding implementation of the solution (which shall be Client’s responsibility), with a 3-hour guaranteed Response Time.

Silver Plus

FMT shall provide an unlimited amount of Support Services, consisting of delivery to Client of a solution to the Support Incident and implementation of the solution, with a 3-hour guaranteed Response Time.

Gold

FMT shall provide unlimited Support Services, including delivery to Client of a solution to the Support Incident but excluding implementation of the solution (which shall be Client’s responsibility), with a 1-hour guaranteed Response Time.

Gold Plus

FMT shall provide unlimited Support Services, including delivery to Client of a solution to the Support Incident and implementation of the solution, with a 1-hour guaranteed Response Time.

Platinum

This is a customizable Support Plan to be determined based on Client selections of Support Services (and potentially other services) to be provided by FMT.
