Customer Portal

FMT uses Microsoft SharePoint portal sites to collaborate with our clients on projects, ongoing system improvements and maintenance. Our clients can log and manage issues related to their systems, view a calendar of upcoming planned activities, view announcements and various other functions to ensure their needs are being met.

Support Desk – Unlimited Support Plans

FMT’s Unlimited Support Plans are available to all customers and are designed to provide a knowledgeable staff of on-demand resources to assist with your needs. With an unlimited plan there is no need to worry about how many support incidents you have remaining because you can reach out to us as much as you like. Depending on your organizational needs, we offer both 1-hour and 3-hour guaranteed response times at very affordable rates.

Training

FMT offers on-demand, on-premise training covering a variety of Microsoft solution and technology topics. Clients can select topics that best suit their needs and schedule tailored training sessions for their team. Training courses are free to all FMT customers who are enrolled in a Support Plan. Training is open to non-Support Plan clients for a fee.
