Training

Our Customer Care training classes are held monthly in our on-site training facility and are taught by our experienced consulting staff. Classes are FREE for clients enrolled in a Customer Care Unlimited Support Plan or $299 per person per class. Click on a course title below to view more information and register.

FMT also offers custom training covering a variety of Microsoft solutions and technology topics. Clients can select the topics that best suit their needs and schedule tailored training sessions for their team. Customized training can be held at your office or in our training facility.

The Microsoft Dynamics GP Sales Order Processing course explores the accounting cycle and the processes required to enter and ship sales orders.
