to your onsite team of consultants.
Quality
Our clients who use our phone support services deal with a
Level 2 support consultant or higher, with two years minimum
of support service experience. The value of our service program
is enhanced as a result of using qualified and experienced
staff. We do not subscribe to the common practice of using
such a program as a training ground for brand new consultants.
Your support representatives are knowledgeable, experienced
at working with customers onsite, and adept at applying their
technical skills to solve your real-life business problems.
Peace of Mind

for your system.
We have documented processes for resolving a situation quickly.
In a mission-critical scenario, our consultants are trained
to help you get your system back up and running. Tools such
as Webex enable us to interact directly to resolve the situation
quickly.
If the problem cannot be resolved over the telephone, our
support consultants have access to the consulting coordinator
who can schedule a field consultant with the highest priority.
This has increased response and recovery time on average by
days at a minimum.
Updated Information
and Solutions
FMT Consultants keeps customers’ systems current and
complete. Our team proactively monitors releases of any service
packs or updates from Microsoft Business Solutions. Personalized
recommendations to our clients are sent along with the indicated
update via monthly e-mails. Should a critical update, patch,
or fix be issued by MBS, we will immediately send out notification
to the affected clients.
