Tom Gildred

Founder and Chairman of the Board

As a board member for numerous organizations, including Chairman of the Board of Gildred Companies, President of the Board of the San Diego Museum of Art and CEO of Emerald Textiles, Tom has built an impressive IT career spanning over 16 years, which began with a B.A. in Accountancy from San Diego State University. Tom started his career at the San Diego office of Ernst & Young in its audit and consulting practices until, in 1995, he founded FMT Consultants, where he is currently Chairman of the Board.

Eric Casazza

CEO

In his role at FMT Consultants, Eric Casazza sets the strategic direction for the company and helps guide the team to continually develop and grow, and build long term relationships with clients. Eric has over 15 years of experience in enterprise transformation, information technology, program management and professional services. After graduating with a B.S. in Finance from California Polytechnic, San Luis Obispo, Eric start his consulting career with Andersen Consulting and Deloitte Consulting where he managed large software projects. He then went on to a long tenure with AMN Healthcare, where he held several leadership positions including Sr. Director of Business Systems, and Vice President of Program Management and Integration. Eric is passionate about helping customers and team members solve their business challenges and achieve their growth strategies.

Kevin DePree

Director, Business Development

With over 22 years of experience consulting with SMB customers in a multi-site, national and international capacity, Kevin DePree has what it takes to manage high profile accounts and advise FMT Consultants' current and prospective clients to find effective business processes and solutions. He specializes in project management, business process improvement and reengineering, and corporate compliance, for which he is highly qualified. Kevin holds a BS in Business Administration from California State University and a host of certifications in Microsoft Dynamics and SAP Business ByDesign. His focus on sales and service has reflected in his high customer satisfaction ratings and customer retentions.

Jim O’Grady

Director, Development

With a wealth of experience, including a BS in computer science from the University of California San Diego and 17 years in the industry, Jim O’Grady has risen through the ranks from senior developer to his current role as Director of Development. In this role, Jim provides strategic consulting and the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics based solutions to our loyal clients. He specializes in business development, team building, management and technical skills including Business Software Solutions, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, .NET Development and Web development.

Paul Clayton

Director of Consulting Services

Paul has attained a plethora of knowledge over his 12 plus years of experience in the IT industry; he graduated with a Bachelor of Science from California State University and currently holds numerous Microsoft certifications. Paul’s knowledge and leadership skills enable him to lead FMT’s team of consulting experts in providing world class business solutions specializing in Accounting and ERP solutions, Business Intelligence, CRM, Custom.NET and Development and Integration Services and Collaboration and Workflow Solutions.

Jennifer Paulin

Controller, Director of Operations

Jennifer has 15 years of business experience and is a Certified Public Accountant with a BS in Accounting from Southeastern Louisiana University. In her role at FMT Consultants, Jennifer oversees accounting and finance, marketing and HR. Jennifer is responsible for all day-to-day finance and accounting operations, financial reporting functions, development and implementation of the company’s marketing strategy, and general office management. As a motivated and forward-thinking member of the team, her aim is to provide effective and timely support to the company’s professional services and sales teams so that they can focus on delivering optimal service to clients.
