Staff Microsoft CRM Consultant

This position is for a Staff Consultant within the Functional Services consulting practice, specifically to work on Microsoft CRM projects. The Consultant will work under the guidance/leadership of the Consulting Services Manager. The primary responsibilities of this position are to assist with implementation activities including configuration, testing, support and documentation as required by the Microsoft CRM detailed project plan. Understanding of embedded tools to configure interface customizations is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • This position is expected to participate in large, mid-size and small Microsoft Dynamics CRM related projects.
  • Work with clients and other team members to configure and support CRM implementations and solutions.
  • Work with team project managers to complete tasks and deliverables on time and within budget.
  • Participate in business process analysis and solution requirements sessions with project team. Document processes and requirements per the specified deliverables in the detailed project plan.
  • Assist technical consulting resources with execution of Microsoft CRM upgrades.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in IT/management consulting services and CRM projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Proven track record of executing on implementation and/or upgrade tasks for Microsoft CRM.
  • Ability to quickly master new technologies.
  • Potential for strong consulting skills relative to analysis, design, architecture, and scoping CRM solutions.
  • Strong ability to be successful in a team environment. Efficiently manage your own schedule and priorities with high level of productivity.
  • Ability to support minimal travel (between 20% and 30%)

Senior Application Consultant

The Senior Application Consultant generally works with clients and team members in the implementation of one or more of the following Microsoft technologies: Dynamics GP, Dynamics CRM, FRx Financial Report Writer, FRx Forecaster, SharePoint, and/or Microsoft SQL, including SQL Reporting Services. You will have the opportunity to participate in the gathering of business requirements through direct, on-site client interaction, interpret those requirements into a detailed system design, and finally, be responsible (in a team environment) for implementing and deploying the system design into an effective solution. You will be viewed as a technical expert with the ability to translate specific business requirements into a working solution.

Qualifications:The ideal Senior Application Consultant will have excellent interpersonal skills and a BA/BS degree in accounting, information systems or a related field. A minimum of 5 – 7 years applicable work experience is preferred. The ability to handle the demands of multiple projects at any given time is required.

Preferred technical qualifications include interest or experience in one or more of the following technologies, as well as demonstrated aptitude in the ability to learn new technologies:

  • Microsoft Dynamics GP (ERP) and/or Dynamics CRM
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Microsoft SharePoint Server
  • Microsoft .Net Development
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Basic knowledge of SQL database functions, including T-SQL, Views, Stored Procedures and backup and restores
  • Basic knowledge of SQL Reporting Services, including report design and deployment

Entry-Level (Staff) Developer

As a Staff Developer you will generally work with clients and team members in the implementation or development around of one or more of the following Microsoft technologies: Dynamics GP (ERP), Dynamics CRM, SharePoint Server, and/or Microsoft SQL.

Qualifications: The Ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for learning/applying software development skills.

Education (required): Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
Preferred technical qualifications include interest or experience in one or more of the following technologies, as well as demonstrated aptitude in the ability to learn new technologies:

  • Development experience – ASP.NET, C#, VB.Net
  • HTML/DHTML/JavaScript/JQuery/VBScript/CSS
  • XML/XSL/Web Services
  • Basic knowledge of SQL database functions, including T-SQL, Views, Stored Procedures and backup and restores
  • Basic knowledge of SQL Reporting Services, including report design and deployment
